In my experience of tutoring Grade 6 and 7 students for the last 12 years, I have found that students feel the most comfortable in asking their queries in a one-on-one tutoring method. Students are able to explain their doubts elaborately and seek solutions in a better way than that in their classrooms. Also on a one-on-one basis, I can focus upon building a foundation first and then can iterate with the difficulty levels slightly so that students can master the subject.
